Strategic Account Management:
- Own the P&L for all Modern Trade & SAMT accounts PAN India.
- Build and nurture long-term strategic relationships with key national chains (e.g., Reliance, DMart, Big Bazaar, More, Amazon, Metro, Spencer's, etc.).
- Develop Joint Business Plans (JBPs) with top customers focused on growth, investments, and innovation.
- Drive assortment, pricing, visibility, and promotion strategies in alignment with Companiy's national objectives.
Business Development:
- Identify opportunities for expansion within existing accounts and drive entry into new strategic accounts.
- Collaborate with marketing and category teams to build customized plans for key accounts.
- Leverage shopper and category insights to increase market share and shelf space.
Operations & Execution:
- Work closely with regional KAMs and the supply chain team to ensure timely execution of promotions, launches, and activations.
- Monitor in-store execution, planogram adherence, and visual merchandising standards across accounts.
- Ensure accurate forecasting, stock availability, and order fulfillment.
Team Leadership & Collaboration:
- Lead, coach, and mentor a team of regional KAMs managing modern trade accounts.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with trade marketing, finance, SCM, and legal teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Conduct periodic business reviews with key accounts and internal stakeholders.
