Lead HR Business Partner (HRBP) - To oversee and drive the strategic HR agenda for the Sales & Marketing team across PAN India. This role requires a forward-thinking HR leader who can align people strategies with business objectives while managing end-to-end HR processes, fostering a positive work culture, and enhancing organizational effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic HR Partnership:
- Act as a strategic HR partner for the Sales & Marketing team, aligning HR strategies with organizational goals.
- Interface with senior management to devise and implement HR policies and procedures in line with the company's vision and objectives.
Talent Acquisition and Management:
- Manage the recruitment process by identifying manpower needs, sourcing the best talent, and driving regional teams to achieve 100% capacity within the approved budget.
- Oversee the entire employee lifecycle, from onboarding to exit, ensuring a seamless experience for employees.
Succession Planning and Talent Development:
- Design and deploy cross-functional appraisal systems and sales academy programs for succession planning.
- Facilitate assessment and development centers using the IADD model for leadership and skill development.
Performance Management:
- Plan and execute transparent and effective performance management processes across the division.
- Ensure timely execution of the appraisal process, including data capture in the bell curve, providing constructive feedback, and developing career development plans.
Employee Engagement and Retention:
- Manage employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
- Empower employees to voice grievances and ensure productive conflict resolution as a management representative.
Organizational Development and Change Management:
- Plan and enact improvements to align culture and processes with the organization's strategy, vision, and mission.
- Drive organizational development interventions and change management initiatives to support business goals.
Rewards, Compensation, and Analytics:
- Partner with external platforms/channels for job evaluation and salary benchmarking studies.
- Analyze data to provide insights and recommendations on rewards and compensation strategies.
- Design and maintain HR and operations dashboards with data analysis to monitor performance and identify areas for improvement.
Training and Development:
- Lead the planning and facilitation of training programs to enhance employee skills and capabilities.
Compliance and Governance:
- Ensure adherence to corporate policies, labor laws, and statutory regulations across the division.
- Initiate and oversee disciplinary actions when required, ensuring fairness and transparency.
