Role Purpose:

Own and drive the Regional distribution strategy and execution excellence for Non-PC businesses by building a scalable, agile and digitally enabled distribution ecosystem. The role is responsible for improving market reach, distributor capability, service levels, cost efficiency and sustainable growth through effective network design, process excellence and data-driven decision making.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Distribution Strategy and Network Excellence:

- Develop and execute Distribution plans aligned with business growth priorities across Beverages, Food and Snacks categories.

- Optimise distributor network, coverage model, route-to-market effectiveness and channel productivity.

- Drive expansion of Distribution footprint while ensuring profitable growth.

2. Execution and Service Excellence:

- Ensure high standards of availability, delivery reliability and market servicing through strong Distribution processes.

- Improve DIFOTIS performance through disciplined execution, capability building and continuous improvement.

- Establish governance mechanisms for distributor performance tracking.

3. Distributor Capability and Partner Management:

- Build strong distributor partnerships through capability enhancement, performance reviews and joint business planning.

- Drive distributor engagement, commercial discipline and adoption of digital tools.

- Enable channel partners to improve productivity and customer responsiveness.

4. Data-Driven Distribution Transformation:

- Leverage analytics, automaton and digital platforms for network optimisation, demand visibility and decision making.

- Identify opportunities for AI-enabled forecasting, route optimisation and productivity improvement.

- Lead adoption of new ways of working across Distribution teams and partners.

5. Cost and Productivity Management:

- Improve Distribution cost efficiency through process redesign, resource optimisation and productivity initiatives.

- Balance service excellence with cost competitiveness.

- Drive continuous improvement projects across logistics and Distribution operations.

6. Cross-Functional Collaboration:

- Partner with Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, IT/Digital and Marketing teams to improve end-to-end execution.

- Translate business priorities into actionable Distribution interventions.
