Role Overview:

The Key Account Manager will own and manage high-value client relationships, ensuring successful adoption of Cautio's solutions and driving account growth. This role involves strategic account management, revenue retention, customer success, and cross-functional coordination to deliver value and strengthen long-term partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

1. Account Ownership & Relationship Management

- Own and manage strategic accounts across fleet operators, mobility platforms, logistics providers, and corporate fleets.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers, operations heads, and key stakeholders.

- Serve as the primary point of contact for all account-related needs and escalations.

2. Revenue Growth & Retention

- Drive renewals, upsells, and expansion across Cautio's product lines (ADAS, DMS, cabin cameras, platform, etc.).

- Identify new opportunities within accounts and collaborate with Sales to close them.

- Ensure consistent engagement and account stickiness through value-led discussions.

3. Client Onboarding & Adoption

- Oversee smooth deployment, onboarding, and operational usage of Cautio solutions.

- Track device health, usage patterns, and driver performance metrics to optimize adoption.

- Support operations teams, drivers, and OEM partners as needed on-ground.

4. Business Insights & Reporting

- Deliver regular business reviews, usage insights, risk analysis, and ROI presentations.

- Maintain accurate account plans, forecasts, and documentation.

- Provide actionable insights to help clients improve fleet performance.

5. Cross-Functional Collaboration

- Coordinate with Sales, Customer Success, Ops, and Product teams to address customer requirements.

- Communicate customer feedback, product gaps, and enhancement requests to relevant teams.

6. Market & Product Knowledge

- Stay updated on telematics, fleet management, compliance trends, and competitor offerings.

- Develop deep knowledge of Cautio's product suite to guide customers effectively.

Requirements:

- 3-6 years of experience in Key Account Management, Customer Success, or Enterprise Account roles.

- Background in telematics, mobility, logistics, SaaS, IoT, or fleet-tech is strongly preferred.

- Proven track record managing high-value or enterprise accounts.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

- Comfortable with data-driven discussions, analytical reports, and ROI-based conversations.

- Ability to engage with on-ground operations teams, drivers, and OEM partners.

- Bachelor's degree required; MBA is a plus.

- Willingness to travel to client sites when required.
