Category Sales Head NCR India.
Leading the Home/kitchen appliances Subcategory in terms of launch, expansion and growth for brands in FMCD/CE/Appliances products that deliver superior appeal to consumers.
Key Responsibilities/ outcomes:
- 8-15-year exp category sales strategy roadmap as well as annual operating plans/quarterly business plans.
- Responsible for Planning/Sketch and strategic partnerships.
- Responsible for business ownership with P&L responsibilities for the respected category.
- Responsible for driving growth in revenue market share, customer market share and improvement in EBITDA and customer NPS for Home/i businesses.
Qualification: MBA.
Experience:
- 8-15 years in a large or young organization FMCE/CD/Appliances
- Track record of developing new categories and brands while expand existing business in white spaces
- Working closely with cross fucntion Team
- End to end understanding of overall P&L for the Category
- Team management - Worked across various appliances categories
- Managing cross disciplinary teams
- Strong network with suppliers
