Role: Category Manager. Reporting To: Head of Category. Experience: Min 3 years of experience in Brand/Category Roles is a must Preferred - Fast&up, MB, Plix, ON, other new age health/food / digital first brand Key responsibilities include: As a Category Manager, you will be responsible for the entire product lifecycle liaising with respective stakeholders at each point. Beginning with market research as an input to NPD, to tracking quantitative in-market performance and qualitative consumer feedback post launch, you will own the entire cycle. The key deliverables are as follows: - Outputs: Category revenue and market share targets. Inputs: - Extensive consumer work and market work to understand category trends. - Make the annual strategic plan with targets and 6P actions as building blocks. - Timely execution of all 6P actions on category and new launch networks if any. - Track and report outcomes in detail to evaluate strategy and course correct if needed. - Set up affiliate program, sampling and activations across touch points Personality: - Result Oriented - Hustle - High Ownership Key Competencies: - Network and stakeholder management. - Consumer Research - Brand Activation - Advanced Excel - Vendor Management - Negotiation. - Exposure to P&L management will be highly favourable for experience in FMCG industry
