Job description:

- 3+ years of with Excel experience

- 5+ years of retail, operations, product or program management, or business management/consulting with negotiations and delivering results experience

- Bachelor's degree, or 3+ years of professional or military experience

- Experience with financial analysis and P&L ownership

- The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving collaboration across business leaders, analyzing market insights, and ensuring the highest quality of inputs for decision-making on Selection and Pricing.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with Business Leaders:

- Facilitate discussions and ensure alignment of priorities to make informed selections.

Market Insights Analysis:

- Use data-driven insights to provide recommendations for strategy on selection & pricing.

Ensure High-Quality Inputs:

- Develop and maintain frameworks for gathering, validating, and incorporating input from various stakeholders.

Cross-functional Coordination:

- Maintain timelines, oversee progress, and report to senior management on program deliverables.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in program management, especially in collaborative environments.

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
