Role Summary:

We are seeking a results-driven Category Manager – Pharma to take end-to-end ownership of assigned pharmaceutical categories (Cardiac / IVF & Gynaecology / Nephrology / Critical Care). The role will be responsible for driving category growth, vendor partnerships, pricing strategy, demand-supply planning, and P&L performance within a B2B healthcare ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:

- Own category strategy, growth roadmap, and P&L for assigned pharma segments

- Lead vendor sourcing, negotiations, pricing, and margin optimization

- Drive demand forecasting, inventory planning, and supply availability

- Collaborate with sales, supply chain, finance, and analytics teams

- Monitor market trends, competition, and regulatory developments

Candidate Profile:

- 8-10 years of experience in Pharma Category / Product / Business Management

- Strong exposure to Cardiac / IVF & Gynaecology / Nephrology / Critical Care segments

- Experience in B2B pharma distribution, hospital sales, or healthcare platforms preferred

- Strong analytical, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills

Education: Graduate in Pharmacy / Life Sciences / Business; MBA preferred
