Category Manager - Mobile Phone

Role Overview :

As the Category Manager for the Mobile Phone division, you will spearhead the end-to-end business strategy for one of our highest-growth segments. This role sits at the nexus of procurement, sales, and category P&L management, requiring you to navigate complex supply chains and high-volume trade environments. You will work closely with OEMs, large-scale distributors, and our internal sales teams to drive market penetration and optimize inventory turnover. Your leadership will directly influence our competitive positioning in the B2B electronics space, ensuring that Source.One remains the primary partner for retailers and corporate buyers nationwide.

Key Responsibilities:

- Build a category of mobile phones from scratch.

- 1. Build Supply + Demand of mobile phones in Maharashtra region.

- 2. Identify supply channels & Demand channels for mobile phones.

- 3. Create and streamline supply & demand for regions.

- 4. Manage risk free (Zero inventory, zero positioning) trade of mobile phones.

- 5. Other responsibilities of stakeholder management, sales target, on-ground execution, etc.

Must Have:

- 1. Experience in mobile phone industry (5+ years).

- 2. Experience in supply & demand of mobile phone industry (any brand).

- 3. Distribution understanding of mobile phone industry.
