Description: Hiring for a fast-growing fintech platform transforming digital lending in India. (RBI-registered NBFC-P2P). Role Overview: As a Category Manager, you will act as a single-threaded owner for a new category - driving growth, user engagement, and business outcomes end-to-end. Key Responsibilities : - Launch and scale a new digital/app-based category from 0 1 - Drive new user acquisition and engagement independently (no cross-sell dependency) - Collaborate closely with Product teams to optimise user journeys, funnels, and conversion - Partner with Marketing to drive growth across organic (SEO, content, lifecycle) and acquisition channels - Own and track key metrics: MAU, DAU, GMV, ATS, retention, and overall category performance - Make data-driven decisions with a strong understanding of unit economics (P&L-lite ownership) - Act as a single owner - align, influence, and course-correct cross-functional teams proactively
