We are looking for a highly driven Category Manager to lead the Edible Oil, Dry Fruits & Nuts category.
- This role will own end-to-end category strategy, including sourcing, vendor partnerships, pricing, and P&L management, while supporting the Company's fast-growing D2C ecosystem.
Responsibilities Include :
- Own category P&L: drive revenue, margins, and cost efficiency
- Lead new product launches (PAN India)
- Define pricing, assortment & promotions
- Build and execute central sourcing strategy (local + national)
- Drive bulk sourcing for cost and quality optimization
- Benchmark sourcing practices against market standards
- Manage end-to-end vendor lifecycle (onboarding, negotiation, 3P agreements)
- Conduct vendor performance reviews & audits
- Track market trends, pricing & competition benchmarks
- Own end-to-end D2C operations for the category
- Collaborate cross-functionally with supply chain, ops & marketing
What we're looking for :
- 8-10+ years experience in category management/sourcing / procurement
- Strong experience in Edible Oil/Dry Fruits /Nuts category (must-have)
- Proven track record in vendor management & negotiations
- Strong PAN India supplier network
- Deep understanding of market pricing & sourcing strategies
- Strong analytical skills (Excel + data-driven decision making)
