We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Category Manager to join our E-commerce team.
The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of experience managing Amazon and Flipkart channels, along with proven expertise in D2C (Direct to Consumer) strategies. You will be responsible for driving category growth, optimizing product listings, managing pricing, promotions, and ensuring a seamless customer experience across all online channels.
E-Commerce Channel Management:
- Manage and optimize product listings across Amazon, Flipkart, and D2C platforms to drive sales, traffic, and conversion rates.
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the product catalogue, ensuring all listings are accurate, well-optimized, and reflect the brand's identity.
- Lead product pricing, promotions, and discount strategies to maintain competitive positioning across platforms.
Performance Analysis & Reporting:
- Analyze key performance metrics (KPIs) such as sales, traffic, conversion, AOV (Average Order Value), and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.
- Work with data analytics teams to derive insights and generate actionable recommendations that align with business objectives.
- Prepare and present weekly/monthly performance reports for internal stakeholders.
Strategic Planning & Growth:
- Develop and implement strategic initiatives to grow the category, increase market share, and enhance customer engagement on e-commerce platforms.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and platform updates to stay ahead of the market.
Vendor & Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Collaborate closely with product, marketing, and supply chain teams to ensure timely product launches and availability.
- Manage relationships with Amazon and Flipkart account managers, negotiating terms and ensuring optimal visibility for the category.
- Lead partnerships with external agencies and influencers to drive brand awareness
