Key Responsibilities:
- Own the end-to-end P&L and growth of the Digital Gold and other savings categories.
- Design and execution strategy aligned with customer needs and company goals.
- Build go-to-market strategies for new savings products, pricing, promotions, and bundling.
- Drive user acquisition, engagement, retention, and monetization through product and marketing levers.
- Collaborate with product & tech teams to continuously improve customer experience and feature roadmap.
- Work closely with marketing and brand teams on campaigns to increase awareness and usage.
- Identify and onboard strategic partners and vendors for new savings products.
- Lead and mentor a small category team focused on execution excellence.
Attributes we are looking for:
- 6-8 years of category management experience in a D2C company (FinTech/e commerce/consumer tech).
- 1-2 years of direct experience in managing the Digital Gold category is a must.
- Strong business acumen and comfort with data-driven decision-making.
- Experience in launching and scaling digital products in Tier 2, 3, and 4 cities is a plus.
- Team management experience with a track record of building and leading high performing teams.
- Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to work cross-functionally in a fast paced environment.
