Key Responsibilities:

- Own the product margin and margin growth of Dairy, Staples & Grocery categories.

- Develop and execute assortment, pricing, and promotion strategies.

- Build strong vendor relationships to ensure best pricing, consistent supply, and product quality.

- Work closely with operations, marketing, and product teams to deliver seamless execution.

- 5+ years of experience in ecommerce operations, warehousing, or logistics.

- Proven ability to manage teams and scale operations in a fast-paced environment.

- A true hustler and go-getter - self-motivated, resourceful, and execution-focused.

- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in ambiguity.

- Entrepreneurial mindset with willingness to own and build processes ground up.
