About the Role:
We're currently hiring for a Category Manager role with a fast-growing D2C/e-commerce brand. This role will be responsible for driving category growth, revenue, and customer experience across the brand's e-commerce platform. The position sits at the intersection of business, merchandising, analytics, and brand management, requiring a strong understanding of consumer behaviour, assortment planning, and performance-led execution.
What you'll be driving:
- Revenue growth & category P&L management
- Category strategy, assortment planning & inventory optimization
- Website merchandising aligned with campaigns & promotions
- Brand partnerships, negotiations & margin management
- Campaign planning & execution across platforms
- Customer retention initiatives & user experience improvements
- Performance tracking, reporting & KPI management
- Team management & cross-functional coordination
What we're looking for:
- 2-5 years of experience in Category/Brand Management with a reputed e-commerce player
- Prior experience managing a team (minimum 6 months)
- Strong analytical, negotiation & execution skills
- Experience in inventory planning, campaign management & stakeholder coordination
- MBA preferred
