Responsibilities
1. Strategic Leadership:
- Develop and own the comprehensive commercial plan for the ecommerce business.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external e-commerce agencies to identify and unlock revenue and profit opportunities.
2. P&L Ownership:
- Manage the P&L of the ecommerce business, ensuring profitability and operational efficiency.
- Monitor performance across all digital channels, identifying opportunities for optimization and growth.
3. Online Strategy & Execution:
- Drive the overall ecommerce strategy, including category development, product catalog optimization, and merchandising.
4. Data-Driven Growth:
- Analyze site metrics and conversion funnel data to identify growth opportunities.
- Leverage analytics to evaluate initiatives and continuously refine the ecommerce strategy.
5. Industry Research & Innovation:
- Monitor industry trends and competitor strategies to identify new opportunities.
- Drive innovation by evaluating and integrating advanced ecommerce tools and solutions.
6. Collaboration & Project Management:
- Work closely with Brand Marketing, Digital Marketing, Operations, Finance, Sales, and
- Customer Service teams to drive ecommerce success.
- Oversee all D2C and ecommerce-related project management, prioritizing workflows for maximum impact on business growth.
Qualification - Tier 1 or Tier 2 MBA candidates preferred
Experience: 1-3 years of experience (D2C experience, Founders Office, P&L experience is big Plus)
