Category Manager - Beauty/Personal Care Products

The role requires someone who can quickly identify, approach, negotiate, and onboard relevant brands. You should understand category buying, margins, pricing, commercial terms, product assortment, marketplace expectations, inventory planning, and brand relationship management. You will be speaking directly with founders, brand managers, KAM's, and sales heads to close partnerships quickly.

REQUIREMENTS:

- Experience from the beauty category from an existing marketplace.

- Ability to onboard brands quickly in the Beauty & Personal Care industry.

- Strong negotiation skills and commercial understanding.

- Understands marketplace operations, SKU selection, pricing, margin, etc.

- Self-driven, data-oriented, and independent.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Onboard top Indian and International beauty, skincare brands

- Use existing industry relationships to accelerate brand conversations and partnerships.

- Negotiate key commercial terms and guide the juniors to close the TOT.

- Lead internal team to build a strong pipeline for procurement and launch.

- Track brand performance after onboarding.
