Description:
- Launch and scale a brand-new category, delivering strong user adoption and early repeat behaviour.
- Own competitive & market research, transforming insights into actionable growth experiments.
- Develop the categorys strategy and value proposition, identifying differentiation opportunities in a competitive landscape.
- Improve user journeys and funnels, collaborating closely with Product to remove friction and drive conversion.
- Drive user acquisition and category throughput, owning the GMV and Average Ticket Size (ATS) targets for the vertical.
- Work daily with Marketing to build communication and GTM, ensuring messaging resonates with the user base and new category-specific users.
- Optimize app health and engagement, taking full ownership of active user bases including Daily Active Users (DAU) and Monthly Active Users (MAU).
- Uphold product quality and reputation, specifically driving high Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) scores and positive App Ratings for the new vertical
