Category Lead - Kids & Animation - YouTube & Digital Media
Role Summary: We are seeking a young & dynamic Category Manager - Animation Content to lead the content acquisition, development, curation, and management of animation content for our platforms & businesses, with a sharp focus on You Tube.
The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the animation industry, kids content market place and content preference of the target group to drive engagement and growth.
This role will be focused on growing the Animation/ kids category views & revenues by combining strategic planning, content partnership and operational excellence.
Key roles & responsibilities include:
- Manage planning & operations of animation category content deployed across various platforms/businesses.
- Key Focus on driving growth in views & revenues of our YouTube channels portfolio via content partnerships, optimization & licensing.
- Driving weekly review meetings & monthly review presentations .
- Keeping track of P&L and identifying opportunities to grow category revenue.
Necessary Skills:
- Drive content partnerships and licensing deals to strengthen our kids portfolio.
- Understanding of Digital platforms and aptitude for kids content.
- Network with global & local animation IP owning companies in the category.

- Quality and scale of content partnerships.
- Increase in YouTube watch time/ view.
- Increase in Category Revenues.
- New business initiatives across both end consumer and B2B partners.
