Category Lead FMCG
We are hiring for Category Lead with a leading FMCG organization. The role reports to the GM Marketing and will be responsible for driving brand strategy, innovation, and category growth.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end brand strategy and positioning for the category
- Drive new product development and innovation pipeline
- Plan and execute Go-to-Market strategies for new and existing products
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Trade Marketing, and external agencies for market execution
- Manage brand communication, media planning, and campaign effectiveness
- Analyze category and consumer insights to drive growth and market share
Candidate Profile:
- MBA from a reputed institute (Batch preferred: 20112013)
- 10 to 14 years of experience in FMCG brand management
- Experience in category management, brand building, and product launches
- Strong exposure to cross-functional stakeholder management
- Experience working with large consumer brands preferred
