We have an urgent job opening for Category Lead with EV Industry Company.

What You Will Do:Driver Onboarding & Activation Systems- Own the end-to-end funnel for driver acquisition onboarding activation retention in the 3W segment.
- Build scalable playbooks for driver conversion across zones and cohorts.
- Drive adoption of subscription-based battery usage through structured activation programs.
- Ensure strong linkage between onboarding quality and long-term driver economics.
Field Execution & Zone Growth- Lead execution across zones through Growth Managers and Demand Operations Managers.
- Define clear operating rhythms, weekly execution cadences, and accountability structures.
- Identify high-potential micro-markets and scale driver density around swap networks.
- Ensure field execution is grounded in real-world constraints and driver behavior.
Demand Operations & Performance Management- Build demand-side operating systems dashboards, metrics, and leading indicators.
Own KPIs such as:
- Driver activations
- Subscription conversion
- Retention / churn
- Swaps per driver
- Revenue per battery deployed
- Drive disciplined performance management across the field org.
Customer Experience & Retention Flywheel- Deeply understand commercial 3W driver pain points and decision drivers.
- Improve renewal, engagement, and payment discipline through better customer journeys.
- Partner with Product and Ops teams to close experience gaps on-ground.
- Design interventions to reduce drop-offs and improve lifetime value.
Cross-Functional Growth LeadershipWork closely with:
- Warehouse Operations
- Product & Tech
- Supply & Product Development
- Translate business goals into execution-ready field programs.
- Ensure demand growth is synchronized with infrastructure readiness.
What You Will Need8 to 15 years of experience in high-execution roles across:
- Growth
- Demand Operations
- Field Sales / Distribution
- Consumer or Mobility Businesses
- Proven ability to scale adoption programs in asset-heavy or network businesses.
- Strong first-principles thinking able to break down ambiguous problems into scalable systems.
- High ownership mindset with comfort in fast-moving, execution-intensive environments.
- Strong analytical rigor with a bias toward data-driven decision-making.
- Experience managing multi-layer field teams is a strong plus.
