Category Head - Services Business

Job Description:

- Build the Title Transfer Services Business Category, Manage Demand and Supply for Title Transfer category in Philippines, with focus on orders executed per month while maintaining a high service rating.

- Review, develop, and implement Title Transfer Business procedures for Used Car Dealerships with a focus to automate the process in the long run working with the Tech & Product Team

- Create, communicate, deliver, and evaluate product offerings that provide value to the target market.

- Formulate, monitor, and analyze new product offerings, determine prices, payment terms, and promotions.

- Conduct market research and feasibility studies, and make recommendations for new concepts/development.

- Conduct competitor profiling and analysis, and assess current projects and products.

- Evaluate product/project/business performance in comparison to the feasibility study and plan.

- The Project Management scope extends across various departments, including marketing, design, Operations, Technology, finance, and sales to align with business goals.

- Shall be responsible for overall project documentation, including permits, licenses, project titling, and title transfer.

- Monitor the status of all project documentation and titling.

- Ensure that clearances, permits, licenses, and titles are secured based on schedule.

- Negotiate with government agencies, specifically LTO, PNP-HPG, Insurance, Mortgage clearance regarding project, documentation, and titling.

- Monitor and update government policies, procedures, rulings, and guidelines related to project documentation and titling to ensure adherence and full compliance with all government policies and procedures.

- Review Team (Sales & Operations) performance & Handle department resource planning.

Desired Profile:

- Full Time MBA from a Tier 1 MBA Institute with overall 7 - 10 years of work experience

- Must have worked on Building a New Services Category.

- Must be currently leading a Services Business with large teams

- Previous Work experience working in the Philippines Region would be preferable.
