We are looking for a Category Head - Home to drive the commercial performance and growth of the Home category for a premium lifestyle retail business.

What You'll Own:

- End-to-end commercial ownership of the Home category

- Category performance, sell-throughs, margins, markdowns & replenishment

- Seasonal range planning, buying, forecasting & Open-to-Buy

- Pricing and margin architecture across categories

- Product assortment across tableware, drinkware, textiles, décor & furniture

- Partnering closely with Design, Sourcing, Planning, VM & Retail

- Identifying market trends, white spaces and opportunities for category expansion

- Driving newness, hero products, gifting, festive & seasonal collections

What We're Looking For:

- 6 - 10 years of experience in Merchandising / Buying

- Strong experience in Home or Lifestyle categories

- Strong analytical and commercial acumen with excellent Excel / Google Sheets skills

- Strong understanding of assortment, OTB, inventory, margins and category performance

- Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills
