- Lead the end-to-end product development process, translating global trend forecasts into localized, high-conversion collections.

- Optimize pricing architecture and promotional calendars to maximize margins while maintaining brand premiumness.

- Oversee inventory health and sales planning to ensure optimal stock availability and minimize markdown risks across retail and digital touchpoints.

- Manage key vendor relationships to ensure consistent quality, competitive cost structures, and adherence to production timelines.

- Leverage consumer insights and advanced data analytics to identify white spaces in the market and pivot strategies based on real-time performance metrics.

- Drive operational excellence across retail touchpoints by ensuring visual merchandising standards and product availability align with brand guidelines.

Required Skillset:

- Strong analytical acumen, with the ability to synthesize complex data sets into actionable business strategies that drive top-line growth.

- Exceptional stakeholder management skills, capable of leading cross-functional teams and influencing senior leadership through data-backed storytelling.

- Deep understanding of the Indian menswear market, including consumer behavior, fabric trends, and competitive landscape dynamics.

- Ability to thrive in an on-site work environment in Gurgaon, fostering a culture of collaboration and high performance within the office.

- A postgraduate degree from a premier B-school is highly preferred, complemented by a career trajectory that reflects consistent growth and leadership in retail or e-commerce sectors.
