End-to-End Category Ownership:
Drive the Hotels category performance by managing assortment, pricing, promotions, and conversion levers, with full ownership of growth, margins, and customer experience metrics.
Strategic Planning & Execution:
Develop and implement data-driven strategies to grow the hotel portfolio, identify high-potential supply gaps, and create competitive offerings in line with B2C consumer behavior and seasonal trends.
Stakeholder & Partner Management:

Customer & Market Insights:

Campaign Management & Merchandising:
Conceptualize and execute category-led marketing campaigns, homepage placements, and special promotions in collaboration with digital marketing and creative teams.
E-Commerce & OTA Expertise:
Apply deep domain knowledge of hotel distribution, OTA pricing dynamics, and online consumer journey optimization to drive performance KPIs and improve market competitiveness.
