The role requires a strong strategic mindset combined with hands-on execution capability to drive both top-line and bottom-line performance.
Eligibility & Background
- MBA in Marketing/Sales from a Tier-1 institute
- 1215 years of relevant experience, including 57 years in Brand Management
- Proven experience in FMCG marketing and category leadership roles

Business & Target Achievement

- Ensure optimal utilization and control of marketing budgets
Category & Brand Strategy
- Develop and execute short-term and long-term category strategies
- Own and align the complete marketing mix with business objectives, including:
- Communication & advertising strategy
- Consumer and trade promotions
- Merchandising and visibility initiatives
- Media planning
- Packaging and pricing decisions
- Product development and innovation
Agency & Partner Management
- Manage and optimize relationships with advertising, media, and market research agencies
- Ensure efficient utilization of external partners and agency resources
Channel & Market Management
- Develop and manage a strong dealer and distribution network
- Plan and achieve targeted growth in market coverage
Market Research & Analysis
- Lead development of market research briefs and derive actionable insights
- Conduct in-depth analysis of:
- Primary and secondary sales data
- Territory and organizational reports
- Competition and consumer trends
- Media effectiveness
- Profitability metrics
