We are hiring for the position of Category Head with one of the leading organization Experience: 8+ years Location: Chennai Role: Category Head Heading the category management team driving revenue and profitability for the Ecommerce Enterprise Business at Redington. Leading and managing internal stakeholders & vendor relations towards delivering defined goals (internal would include cross functional stakeholders such as business / sales/ marketing). Will also act as a key point of contact for resolution of all issues relevant to product / business Requirements : - 8 to 12 years managerial experience is mandatory. - Having lead teams of minimum 3 to 4 people. Roles & Responsibilities : - Responsible for achieving revenue targets (monthly, quarterly, annual) for the concerned product / business. - Achieve profitability targets (monthly, quarterly, annual) for the concerned product / business. - Manage relationships with vendor representatives of the concerned product / business (for example, vendor distribution manager, vendor category manager, vendor sales team). - Lead interactions with cross-functional stakeholders (example: internal marketing / analytics team and external key channel partners / regional distributors / enterprises for concerned products / business, in collaboration with the Sales team). - Run program to promote respective products in connection with business and marketing team on the - Digital platform - Understanding of online performance metrics & having knowledge about levers of impact - Responsible to grow partner adoption from the existing partner base at Redington coupled with new partner adoption of the E Commerce platform.
