- This is a business leadership role with full ownershipideal for someone who treats categories like independent businesses and enjoys building for long-term, profitable growth.
What this role is about:
- Set the vision and strategy for assigned categories
- Own end-to-end P&L and drive sustainable, EBITDA-positive growth
- Lead innovation pipelines and portfolio strategy
- Build, mentor, and manage high-performing category teams
- Partner closely with Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, and senior leadership
What were looking for:
- 8-12+ years of experience in Category / Brand / General Management roles
- Strong background in FMCG, D2C, or consumer brands
- Proven track record of scaling categories with full P&L ownership
- Strategic thinker with hands-on execution ability
- Comfortable working closely with founders and leadership teams
