Category Head - Baby

Description: You will be responsible for the Kids Packaged Food category at This means you will own the entire P&L for this category. You will run this P&L in collaboration with sales channels and new product development teams. This role will provide a 360 degree view and full ownership for one category of the business.

As inputs, you will be responsible to:

- Be the voice of the consumer in the room. Do extensive and continuous consumer work.

- Understand market trends and do competition analysis across all 6 Ps.

- Set up / participate in mom community, affiliate program, sampling activations across touch points

- Track and record outcomes to evaluate strategy and course correct if needed
