- One of our clients in the consumer durables & services space (brand confidential at this stage) is looking to onboard a strategic, analytical and commercially-driven leader to scale their Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) business - a critical recurring revenue vertical.
- This is a high-visibility role with full ownership across revenue performance, pricing, lifecycle management, and digital enablement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and drive AMC category revenue across channels (renewals + new)
- Develop sales strategy and performance frameworks to improve conversions
- Define pricing, promotions, bundled offerings and upsell programs
- Lead lifecycle campaigns to improve renewals, retention and upgrades
- Partner with digital, product, CRM and finance teams for seamless execution
- Drive channel consistency across D2C, call centers & partner networks
- Monitor KPIs through dashboards; drive timely course corrections
- Enable tech automation of AMC customer journeys
What We're Looking For:
- MBA from a Tier-1 B-School
- 6-9 years of experience in category / revenue / consulting roles
- Strong analytics, commercial decision-making & stakeholder management
- Customer-first orientation with experience in campaign performance
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, execution-focused environments
Compensation:
- 48-55 LPA (flexible for the right fit) + ESOPs
