Category Growth Lead - Private Label - Healthcare Service - IIM/MDI/ISB

The company is a part of the largest and integrated Healthcare Service and Product company with Annual Sales of over 30,000 Crores. Private label currently contributes about 40% of the revenue is the largest category portfolio for the organisation.

Role Description:

- The Category Growth Lead, Private Label is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad. This role is responsible for driving growth, profitability, and customer relevance for assigned private label categories by defining the category strategy, product mix, and pricing architecture.

- Day-to-day tasks include analyzing sales and margin performance, identifying growth opportunities, managing supplier relationships, and leading contract negotiations to secure favorable terms. The role requires close collaboration with procurement, supply chain, marketing, and finance teams to ensure timely launches, consistent product availability, and effective promotional plans.

- The Category Growth Lead will also monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights to refine the private label roadmap and deliver sustainable category performance. People having experience in online PL category growth will be preferred.

Qualifications:

- Candidates should possess strong Category Management skills, including experience in building category strategies, defining assortments, and managing product lifecycles including NPDs and market insights.

- You should be an MBA in Marketing from a Tier 1/ 2 B-School.

- Must have a demonstrated track record of growing online category for P&L preferably in Personal Care space.
