We are seeking a marketing innovation champion to join the Innovation team with responsibility for managing category marketing and GTM for all the new launches in India and UAE. - The position is responsible for product development in collaboration with &D, GTM strategy; Campaign management and Media mix development and will work closely with sales team and creative team to achieve the demand generation goals for the respective launches. - As a lead for all NPD launch, you will need to have a strong understanding of consumer and be responsible for delivering launch targets and key milestones. - You will also drive product development in collaboration with R&D, Packaging & Manufacturing basis consumer need gaps and market opportunities. - The marketing innovation champion will report to the Head of NPD and New Business and will collaborate closely with internal and external leaders to develop unique marketing programs, research, and activation programs and effectively adapt them for respective market segments. Key job responsibilities: - Responsible for new product development following stage gate process and anchor launch with strong GTM strategy and marketing mix. - Identify & prepare business opportunities cases basis consumer behavior and emerging micro and macro trends. - Creation of marketing strategies for new product launches making use of the full marketing mix in collaboration with creative team. - Responsible to deliver marketing ROI for campaigns and new launches. - Work cross-functionally with R&D, Manufacturing, Sales Team, and LT team; guide and support the development of marketing plans to deliver NPD AOP - Prepare project timelines using tools like Asana / MS Projects and lead the project deliveries collaboratively ensuring all milestones are met by respective stakeholders. - Develop accurate projects priorities, schedules, and execution of marketing campaigns. - Develop compelling, relevant strategic input documents, creative briefs for product development and creative development respectively.
