Key Responsibilities:

Catalogue Management & Content Operations:

- Own end-to-end catalog operations for fashion/lifestyle categories (apparel, footwear, accessories, etc.).

- Oversee product onboarding, categorization, attribution, tagging, and listing hygiene.

- Ensure accuracy and consistency in product titles, descriptions, images, and specifications.

- Coordinate with buying, marketing, content, and photography teams for seamless product launches.

Visual Merchandising:

- Design and manage on-site merchandising strategies to boost product discoverability and conversions.

- Optimize product placement across category pages, homepage modules, and promotional banners.

- Conduct A/B testing, analyze CTRs, and implement changes to improve merchandising performance.

- Consumer Experience Optimization

- Analyze user journeys and product discovery patterns to refine catalog presentation.

- Collaborate with UX/design teams to enhance filters, sorting logic, and navigation flows.

- Use insights to recommend product bundles, collections, and seasonal refresh strategies.

Tools, Systems & Reporting:

- Operate catalog tools, CMS platforms, tagging systems, and internal dashboards.

- Monitor performance KPIs (product views, impressions, bounce rates, conversions).

- Generate weekly/monthly merchandising reports with actionable insights and recommendations.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- 5-10 years of experience in fashion e-commerce, catalog/content operations, visual merchandising, or creative ops.

- Deep understanding of online consumer behavior and the product discovery funnel.

- Proficient with catalog tools, CMS, tagging systems, merchandising dashboards, and analytics platforms.

- Strong background in fashion/lifestyle (apparel, footwear, accessories).

- Meticulous attention to detail, excellent content sensibility, and strong trend awareness.

- Effective communication, project management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

- Educational Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Fashion, Marketing, or related field.

- MBA preferred - especially with a specialization in e-commerce, merchandising, or marketing.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience working in marketplaces or D2C fashion/lifestyle brands.

- Familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics, Tableau, Contentful, PIM systems.

- Knowledge of SEO best practices related to product and category content.
