
About the Role
We are looking for a Catalog Manager - Sell-Side Operations Excellence to own and scale seller-side operations across the marketplace. You will ensure seamless vendor onboarding, pricing accuracy, compliance, and operational readiness, enabling smooth category and growth execution.
This is a high-impact role for someone who can combine execution, process excellence, and operational ownership in a fast-paced environment.
What You'll Do:
- Own end-to-end sell-side operations including onboarding, pricing, compliance, and sellability
- Ensure brands and vendors are fully ready for launches, promotions, and scale-ups
- Design and improve SOPs across onboarding, pricing, availability, and compliance
- Drive governance, track deviations, and implement long-term process fixes
- Work closely with category, supply chain, finance, tech, and growth teams
- Track key metrics like onboarding TAT, pricing accuracy, and vendor readiness
- Build dashboards and use data to improve operational performance
- Support rapid onboarding of brands and scaling across categories
Who We're Looking For:
- 5-8 years of experience in sell-side operations, marketplace ops, or vendor operations
- Experience in e-commerce, quick commerce, or marketplace environments
- Strong execution mindset with focus on process and operations
- Comfortable working with data, dashboards, and operational metrics
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-growth environment
