Key Duties & Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning & Execution
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies for both Calculators and EMI divisions.
- Align sales objectives with organizational goals and market opportunities.
- Monitor market trends and adjust strategies accordingly.
Team Leadership & Management
- Lead, mentor, and manage regional sales teams for both divisions.
- Set clear performance metrics and conduct regular evaluations.
- Foster a culture of high performance and continuous improvement
Channel Development & Management
- Expand and manage distribution networks, including traditional retail & modern trade
- Establish strong relationships with key distributors, dealers, and partners.
- Ensure optimal product availability and visibility across channels
Sales Analysis & Reporting
- Monitor sales performance, analyze data, and generate reports for senior management.
- Identify areas of improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Forecast sales and set targets in alignment with market potential
Overall Performance
- Achieving annual sales targets for both divisions.
- Expansion of distribution channels and market share.
- Improvement in brand recognition and customer engagement.
- Team performance and retention rates
Qualification & Experience:
Must have
- 8 to 12 years of experience of leading sales working in sales for stationary Industry (Education sector), Consumer durables/electronic/Music industry
- B.Tech and MBA (top B School Preferred)
Hands on experience in:
- Sales distribution & Management
- Inventory Planning and management
- Sales Planning
- Channel expansion
- Data driven sales strategy
- Proficiency in sales analytics & SFA tools
