Role Overview:
- We are looking for a Manager - Branded Content (Telegram) to own and scale revenue from EarnKaro's Telegram inventory. The role involves reaching out to brands and sellers, pitching branded content opportunities, closing campaign budgets, and ensuring smooth execution across large Telegram channels.
- This is a pure sales and ownership role, target driven in nature. The person will be responsible for building a strong sales funnel, managing key brand relationships, and maximising revenue from branded posts.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Brand & Revenue Ownership:
- Own end-to-end sales for branded content on EarnKaro's Telegram channels.
- Reach out to e-commerce and D2C brands to pitch branded post opportunities.
- Close campaign budgets and deliver against monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
2. Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with marketing decision-makers across brands and marketplaces.
- Leverage existing relationships to unlock repeat campaigns and long-term partnerships.
3. Campaign Planning & Execution:
- Work with internal teams to plan branded post campaigns aligned with brand goals.
- Ensure timely execution, approvals, and delivery of branded content.
- Track performance and share post-campaign insights with brands where required.
4. Data, Reporting & Funnel Management:
- Manage and track the sales funnel from lead to closure.
- Use data to forecast revenue, identify gaps, and improve conversion rates.
- Create pitches, decks, and proposals for brands.
- Be hands-on with Excel and basic SQL for tracking performance and reporting.
5. Team & Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Coordinate with content, operations, and analytics teams for smooth execution.
- Support junior team members where required and help improve overall output.
What We're Looking For:
- 4-7 years of experience in sales, branded content, partnerships, or agency roles.
- Proven experience in target-based roles with consistent performance under pressure.
- Strong exposure to working with e-commerce or D2C brands.
- Existing relationships with marketing leaders or category owners is a strong plus.
- Understanding of the Telegram ecosystem and community-based monetisation is a plus.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Data-oriented mindset with comfort in Excel and basic SQL.
- Ability to create strong sales decks and pitches.
- High energy, hunger to win, and strong ownership mindset.
