We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Territory Sales Manager with strong experience in the Telecom industry to drive distribution, channel, and B2B sales across the assigned territory. The role requires building and managing distributor networks, leading on-ground teams, achieving aggressive revenue targets, and expanding market presence through strategic channel partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
Distribution & Channel Management:
- Build, expand, and manage a strong distributor and channel partner network across the assigned territory
- Appoint, onboard, and train new distributors and retailers as per business requirements
- Strengthen relationships with existing distributors to ensure business continuity and growth
Sales & Revenue Growth:
- Drive B2B, channel, and enterprise sales to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly targets
- Develop and execute territory sales plans aligned with organizational goals
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies
Team Leadership & Management:
- Lead, motivate, and manage on-ground distributor sales teams and field executives
- Conduct regular performance reviews, training sessions, and sales meetings
- Ensure productivity, discipline, and target achievement across teams
Market Development & Expansion:
- Identify new business opportunities, untapped markets, and key accounts within the territory
- Leverage existing market networks and relationships to accelerate growth
- Drive brand visibility and market penetration through channel initiatives
