Role Overview:

We are seeking a high-energy Technical Program Manager to join our engineering leadership team. This is a unique role designed for a "Techno-MBA" who possesses the strategic mindset of a business leader and the DNA of a Software Developer. You will be responsible for driving the execution of complex, multi-functional projects, ensuring that our technical roadmap aligns perfectly with our business goals.

Key Responsibilities

- Project Orchestration: Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of software projects, from requirements gathering and design to development, testing, and deployment.

- Technical Liaison: Act as the primary bridge between Product Management, Business Stakeholders, and Engineering. You must be able to explain technical constraints to non-techies and business logic to developers.

- Execution & Delivery: Own the "How" and the "When." Drive sprint planning, manage dependencies, identify bottlenecks, and mitigate risks before they impact the timeline.

- Process Optimization: Implement and refine Agile/Scrum methodologies to improve engineering velocity without compromising code quality.

- Strategic Alignment: Translate high-level business objectives into technical workstreams and Jira epics.

Required Qualifications:

- Education: MBA/PGDM from a premier B-School (IIMs, ISB, SPJIMR, FMS, NITIE/IIM Mumbai, or equivalent).

- Pre-MBA Experience: Mandatory 2-4 years of experience as a Software Development Engineer (SDE) or equivalent technical role. You must be comfortable reading code and discussing system architecture (APIs, Microservices, Databases).

- Post-MBA Experience: 0-1 years. We welcome high-potential freshers from the latest graduating batch.

- Technical Foundation: Deep understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and cloud technologies (AWS/Azure/GCP).
