Role Overview:

Were looking for a Product Manager with experience in e-commerce and a strong understanding of funnel analysis and product metrics. The ideal candidate is analytical, user focused, and passionate about driving product growth through data.


Key Responsibilities:


- Own and optimize the user journey from discovery to conversion (e.g., homepage product page checkout).


- Conduct detailed funnel analysis to identify drop-offs, friction points, and opportunities for improvement.

- Define and track key product metrics (e.g., activation, retention, conversion rate, bounce rate).

- Work closely with design, engineering, growth, and data teams to build and launch impactful features.

- Use A/B testing and experimentation to validate hypotheses and improve product performance.

- Translate insights into clear product requirements and roadmaps.

- Continuously monitor product usage and customer feedback to improve the experience.


Requirements:

- 25 years of product management experience, preferably in e-commerce, B2C, or consumer internet.

- Strong grasp of product analytics tools (e.g., Mixpanel, Amplitude, GA, or similar).

- Proven experience working on conversion funnels, growth experiments, or checkout journeys.

- Ability to define metrics, ask the right questions, and turn data into actionable decisions.

- Strong communication skills and experience working with cross-functional teams.

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering/Technology; MBA is a plus.
