Cashfree - Group Product Manager

Key Responsibilities :

- End-to-end product strategy for risk, fraud prevention & compliance systems

- Build & lead a team of PMs across KYC/AML, transaction risk, chargebacks & automation

- Partner with Engineering & Data Science on ML models, rule engines & real-time decisioning

- Improve detection accuracy, reduce false positives, and scale platform performance

- Work closely with compliance, legal & ops for regulatory readiness and auditability

- Shape risk appetite, metrics, and mitigation strategy with leadership

What We're Looking For

- 8-12 years of total experience with at least 3+ years leading a product team

- Proven experience building or scaling risk/fraud prevention, compliance, or security products in fintech, payments, or lending

- Strong understanding of transaction risk, chargebacks, KYC/AML, and fraud detection framework

- Exposure to working with ML models, rule engines, or data-driven decision systems

- Demonstrated success in building product roadmaps, defining metrics, and shipping a large-scale risk platform Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

- Ability to lead and mentor product managers, while influencing engineering and data science teams

- Experience with SQL, dashboards, and data analysis tools (Tableau, Looker, etc.) is a plus
