
About the Role:
- We are looking for a seasoned -Organizational Change Manager with over 10 years of experience- leading and delivering change initiatives in complex, dynamic environments.
- Based in -Pune- with a -hybrid work model-, this role is critical to supporting strategic transformations by ensuring stakeholder alignment, adoption, and long-term success.
- The ideal candidate will be skilled in change strategy, stakeholder engagement, training, and performance measurement - with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities:
Change Management Strategy:
- Design and implement comprehensive change strategies aligned with business transformation goals.
- Conduct impact assessments and stakeholder analyses to tailor change approaches.
- Build and manage transformation roadmaps and frameworks that guide successful change adoption.
Project and Program Support
- Develop and manage detailed change plans integrated with project timelines and goals.
- Collaborate with project managers and business leads to ensure change delivery is aligned with execution milestones.
- Support change readiness assessments and mitigation strategies.
Stakeholder Engagement & Communication
- Lead stakeholder engagement activities, including communication plans, feedback loops, and change networks.
- Deliver multi-channel communication campaigns to drive awareness, buy-in, and adoption.
Training & Capability Building-
- Design and execute training plans to enable seamless transitions to new systems, processes, or behaviors.
- Ensure impacted teams are adequately prepared and supported throughout the change lifecycle.
Performance Tracking & Reporting-
- Define and track key change metrics to assess adoption, resistance, and impact.
- Use analytics and feedback to continuously improve change approaches.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- 10+ years of experience in organizational change management, preferably in global or large-scale enterprises.
- Deep understanding of change management methodologies (PROSCI, ADKAR, Kotter, or similar).
- Strong stakeholder management, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience developing and delivering training programs.
- Proficient in tools for communication, collaboration, and data analytics.
- Strong critical thinking and the ability to manage ambiguity.
