What You'll Do:

- Develop and implement cash management strategies to optimize cash flow through effective forecasting, banking relationships, and investment strategies.

- Collaborate closely with teams across strategic finance, accounting, accounts payable, and business units to embed cash management into broader financial operations.

- Manage and strengthen bank relationships, negotiating terms and services to meet operational and strategic needs.

- Oversee the investment of excess cash, ensuring alignment with the companys risk appetite and policies.

- Deliver accurate and timely cash flow forecasts and insights to senior leadership.

- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies related to cash management.

What We're Looking For:

Education:

Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. A Masters degree or professional certifications would be an advantage.

Experience and Skills:

- Solid expertise in cash management principles, financial analysis, and accounting practices.

- Strong understanding of banking products and the financial landscape.

- Proven analytical and problem-solving skills to identify trends and recommend solutions.

- Effective communication skills to work seamlessly with internal teams and external partners.
