Job Summary :

GHR Lakshmi Urbanblocks Infra LLP is seeking an experienced and dynamic Marketing Manager to lead marketing initiatives for our high-rise residential project, The Cascades Neopolis.

- The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the real estate market, proven experience in residential project marketing, and the ability to drive sales through strategic campaigns and brand positioning.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies for high-rise residential projects.

- Lead branding, promotions, and advertising campaigns to enhance project visibility.

- Identify market trends, competitor activities, and potential sales opportunities.

- Coordinate with sales teams to align marketing initiatives with sales objectives.

- Manage digital marketing, social media campaigns, and lead generation efforts.

- Organize events, property launches, and customer engagement activities.

- Prepare and present marketing reports, project updates, and ROI analyses to the Managing Director.

- Maintain relationships with external vendors, media partners, and stakeholders.

Requirements:

- Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.

- Minimum 5 years of experience in real estate marketing, preferably in high-rise residential projects.

- Strong knowledge of sales and marketing strategies specific to the construction/real estate industry.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.

- Proficient in digital marketing tools, CRM software, and MS Office
