Job Summary: As a Regional Head, your primary responsibility is to drive sales growth, achieve revenue targets, and maintain strong customer relationships within your designated region. Roles & Responsibilities: Sales Strategy and Planning: - Collaborate with the executive team to establish sales goals, performance metrics, and sales forecasts. - Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with the company's overall objectives and growth targets. - Identify new market opportunities, target customer segments, and define innovative sales approaches to maximize revenue generation. - Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products/services, driving customer lifetime value and revenue growth. Team Leadership and Management: - Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing sales team capable of achieving individual and team targets. - Provide coaching, mentorship, and guidance to sales professionals, fostering their professional growth and success. - Set clear sales targets, monitor performance, and provide regular feedback to drive continuous improvement. Sales Operations and Execution: - Establish efficient sales processes, ensure streamlined operations, accurate forecasting, and effective pipeline management. - Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify areas for improvement and competitive advantage. - Collaborate with marketing, product, and other cross-functional teams to align sales efforts with overall business strategies.
