ABOUT ENTERPRISE SOLUTIONS : Enterprise Solutions is the core solutions team within the company that interfaces with the largest advertising clients and devises customized marketing and technology solutions to suit their needs. ABOUT THE ROLE : - Good knowledge of digital media and the media ecosystem (agencies, clients, publishers). - Ability to develop appropriate media solutions based on client expectations. - Excellent communication and presentation skills - Proven ability to meet and exceed difficult sales targets - Consultative digital sales and client solutions experience, handling multiple automotive accounts - The role requires understanding business objectives of clients, recommending content marketing solutions on digital that align to client goals, executing and optimizing campaigns effectively, sharing in-depth campaign insights using Google analytics and Google Ad manager, forecasting revenue and maintaining sales pipeline, thereby chasing revenue targets and ensuring ROI efficiency - Meeting Key stakeholders of brands and their agencies to understand and suggest solutions on a regular basis and help them devise digital marketing strategy on our platform - Thinking and making strategic decisions and creating additional opportunities for all business-related associations with 2-wheeler OEM accounts in West and South region - Interpreting data and use Google Analytics to prepare strategic tailor-made recommendations, including content marketing innovations, for every client - To build and own a value based sustainable business through strong relationships with decision makers in Client marketing/ CRM and Sales teams. - Comfortable in working in a fast paced agile environment with minimal supervision - Confident in managing CXO level and next to CXO level stakeholders in clients (primarily Auto manufacturers). - Self-motivated and open to taking revenue ownership on assigned set of accounts - Ability to perform need assessment, align internal stakeholders to client objectives, define project timelines and drive execution of contracts. - Ability to develop appropriate business solutions based on the client's brief. Problem Solver - Build Relationships / Build the business / Sales opportunities related to marketing - Analytical and creative (business result-oriented kind of creative) bent of mind - Proven ability to meet and exceed difficult sales targets - Comfortable with forecasting and formulating annual, quarterly and monthly sales plan - Good knowledge of digital media eco-system (agencies, clients, publishers) preferred - Good at Networking & Negotiation. - Good at Microsoft Office. CRITICAL SKILLS REQUIRED : - Exceptional Selling Sales - Media Sales, Ad Sales experience - Relationship Management - Problem Solving Ability - Devise the Solution - Strong Follow-up EXPERIENCE : - 1- 2 years of experience in Business Development /Sales/Media Sales - Candidates with experience in building and growing alliances with B2B clients, Media firms - Should be a very good communicator, highly sales oriented, adept at people management and comfortable with numbers
