Corporate Development Analyst Role Description: The Corporate Development Analyst will play a key role in supporting the Corporate Development team in identifying, analyzing and executing strategic initiatives. As Corporate Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and evaluating strategic partnerships, joint ventures, and other growth initiatives that align with the company's business strategy. Experience / Qualification : - CA is mandatory, Article ship with top 4 accounting firms preferred. - Strong analytical skills with the ability to develop and maintain financial models. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information to internal and external stakeholders. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. - Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and experience with database software. - Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities. Key Responsibilities: 1. Staying up-to-date on market trends, regulatory changes, and other industry developments that may impact the company's strategy. 2. Supporting the development of the company's long term growth strategy 3. Conduct research and provide necessary support in identifying potential acquisition and investment targets. 4. Monitor and track industry trends, competitive landscape, and other factors that may impact the company's business strategy. 5. Participate in the preparation of presentations, reports, and materials for internal and external stakeholders. 6. Analyze financial and operational performance of target companies and provide recommendations to the team. 7. Participate in ad-hoc projects and other responsibilities as assigned. 8. Monitor and collate the performance metrics of former investments / portfolio companies and provide support to existing deals.
