About the job:
As a Performance Marketing Manager at Cars24, you will own and optimise paid-acquisition campaigns across Google, Meta, and other relevant channels, driving efficient customer acquisition, conversion, and revenue growth.
What will you drive?:
- Own the planning, execution, and optimisation of paid-acquisition campaigns across Meta, Google, and other relevant performance channels.
- Drive efficient customer acquisition, conversions, and revenue growth while maintaining healthy CAC and ROAS.
- Manage campaign budgets, bidding, audience targeting, retargeting, and channel allocation to maximise returns.
- Track and analyse key performance metrics including CAC, ROAS, CPA, CTR, conversion rate, revenue, and contribution margin.
- Run structured A/B tests across creatives, audiences, ad copies, campaign formats, and landing pages to improve performance.
- Partner with creative, product, analytics, and business teams to identify funnel drop-offs and unlock growth opportunities.
- Build actionable reporting and translate campaign data into clear insights and recommendations for the business.
- Stay close to market, competitor, and platform changes to continuously improve campaign strategy and scale profitable growth.
Who are we looking for?:
- 3 - 6 years of hands-on performance marketing experience, preferably with a leading Indian D2C brand or high-growth e-commerce startup.
- Strong command of Meta Ads and Google Ads, with experience managing and optimising paid acquisition campaigns at scale.
- Proven ownership of key business metrics including CAC, ROAS, conversions, revenue, and contribution margin/profitability.
- Experience with campaign structure, audience segmentation, retargeting, creative testing, landing-page optimisation, and A/B testing.
- Strong analytical skills and comfort working with Excel/Google Sheets, reporting dashboards, and campaign-performance data.
- Ability to partner closely with creative, product, analytics, and business teams to improve acquisition and conversion.
- Agency experience is acceptable, provided the candidate has substantial recent in-house experience with D2C or e-commerce brands.
- A structured, data-led problem solver who can move quickly, experiment thoughtfully, and take ownership of outcomes.
