Role Objective
Own and scale growth and customer engagement for CARS24 UAE by leading customer assistance operations, CRM journeys, AI-led automation, and top-of-funnel growth across buy, sell, and classified platforms.
Key Responsibilities
1. Customer Support & Experience
- Lead customer assistance operations across all business verticals (call & chat)
- Own CX metrics, service quality, SLAs, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Improve customer experience across all communication channels
2. CRM & Product Collaboration
- Work closely with Product, Tech, and Business teams to design and optimize end-to-end CRM journeys
- Drive lifecycle engagement, conversion, and retention through CRM automation and personalization
3. AI & Automation
- Lead AI and automation initiatives in customer support (chatbots, workflows, agent productivity tools)
- Reduce cost-to-serve while improving resolution quality and turnaround time
4. Growth & Partnerships
- Manage relationships with channel partners (classified platforms, marketplaces) to drive buyer growth
- Identify and unlock growth opportunities across all business lines
5. Funnel Ownership
- Own top-of-funnel metrics across:
1. Buyer acquisition
2. Seller lead generation
3. Classified platform growth
- Track, analyse, and improve funnel performance and lead quality
6. New Growth Channels
- Lead initiatives to generate buy/sell leads from Facebook Marketplace and similar platforms
- Run experiments, scale successful channels, and optimise CAC .
Who Were Looking For ?
- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field
- MBA preferred
- 6- 8 years of experience in Growth, Customer Experience, Process Excellence, Inside Sales, or Operations
- Minimum 23 years in a people leadership role
- Experience in consumer internet, marketplaces, e-commerce, or tech-enabled businesses preferred
- Hands-on exposure to CRM systems, customer support operations, growth funnels and AI automation
