Job Purpose and Impact:

The Poultry Species Lead will contribute to strategy and oversee execution of product line activities for a single product. In this role, you will help design and implement a comprehensive product marketing cycle and guide a team that will identify market potential, establish pricing and market strategies, estimate potential sales, define promotional activities and handle product through phase out.

Role & responsibilities:

- Lead strategic work for Poultry - Where to Play, How to Win and execution drive with commercial team.

- Collaborate with Key accounts team for customer acquisition & Product positioning.

- Design comprehensive service offering across for species segment and subsegment.

- Lead and collaborate on Nutrition and other consultancy team lead (Technology application Manager - TAM) like Breeder, Broiler and Layer.

- Oversee preparation and coordination of product introductions and updates, special focus required on Micro Nutrition & Health Solutions - MHS additives category.

- Supervise compiling and evaluating research on market product requirements and identify enhancements to current features and functionality.

- Coordinate program planning with customers to identify manufacturing schedules, goals, design criteria, costs and similar considerations.

- Oversee planning, organization and coordination of assigned programs to accomplish financial and budgetary goals.

- Lead and develop a team, coach and make decisions related to talent management, hiring, performance, and disciplinary actions.

- Other duties as assigned.

Preferred candidate profile:

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

- Bachelors degree in veterinary field related field or equivalent experience.

- Minimum of 8 years of related work experience.

- Other minimum qualifications may apply.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

- Masters / Doctorate in relevant field.

- Two years of supervisory experience.
