Job Purpose and Impact The Strategic Marketing Manager will be aligned to Cargill's Animal Health and Nutrition business in India. You will plan, build and deliver the marketing strategy for products and services and associated brands. In this role, you will lead the sales and marketing activities for the Animal Health and Nutrition business and assess customer needs to suggest appropriate products, services and solutions. Key Accountabilities: - Perform customer segmentation, category analytics, product value-price analytics, competitor benchmarking, route to market & network costs evaluation for different business units - Develop marketing plans by customer segments and product categories - Design sales activity systems. Execute marketing plans in collaboration with sales leads and sales teams - Design new customer products, services and solutions leveraging Cargill's expertise in nutrition and farm management technologies - Conduct business development, including developing alliance, channel and network partnerships - Execute ecommerce & digital marketing strategy, planning and management, including merchant development and support - Lead and develop a team, coach and make decisions related to talent management, hiring, performance, and disciplinary actions - Other duties as assigned Qualifications: Minimum Qualifications: - 5 years of related work experience - Other minimum qualifications may apply Preferred Qualifications: - Minimum of eight years of related work experience in management consulting with exposure of working on marketing projects / a rural and agri marketing background - Minimum of two years of supervisory experience
